Srinagar, Sep 15, Sept. 16 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Non-Teaching Employees Association has welcomed the appointment of Prof. (Dr) Twinkle Suri as the newly appointed Director Colleges, Jammu and Kashmir, describing it as a positive step towards further strengthening the administration and functioning of colleges across the Union Territory.
