Srinagar, October 9, Oct. 9 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has notified a 21-day timeline for delivering key public services under the Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act, 2011, in a move aimed at improving administrative efficiency and reducing delays in official approvals. The prescribed timeline covers essential clearances, including No Objection Certificates (NOCs) required for building permissions from departments such as Revenue, Forest, Jal Shakti, the Power Development Department, Roads and Buildings, and local development authorities.
