Srinagar, Nov 4, Nov. 4 -- The Directorate of Colleges, Higher Education Department, Jammu and Kashmir, has instructed all Government Degree Colleges to ensure strict adherence to official working hours and attendance regulations, warning that violations could invite disciplinary action. In a circular issued by Director Colleges Prof. (Dr.) Twinkle Suri, the Directorate expressed concern over reports of employees failing to observe prescribed working hours and remaining absent from duty without authorisation.
