J&K AgriStack Coverage Remains Incomplete Despite Land Record Digitisation
Srinagar, October 3, Oct. 3 -- Jammu and Kashmir's AgriStack initiative continues to face implementation gaps, with only 80.7 per cent of identified land parcels approved under the digital platform despite the administration's target of ensuring complete coverage of eligible farmers. A recent review chaired by Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo found that foundational land records have been fully digitised across all 20 districts, 207 tehsils and 6,818 villages. However, several components of the wider AgriStack framework are yet to reach full coverage. Against 71,04,737 identified Khasras, data entry has been completed for 65,77,944 land parcels.
