Jammu, September 12, Sept. 12 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Jal Shakti Department has dropped disciplinary proceedings against retired Junior Engineer Ravi Kant Khajuria in connection with an Anti-Corruption Bureau case concerning alleged irregularities in flood protection works along the Chenab River in Reasi. The matter relates to FIR No. 04/2020 registered by the ACB Udhampur over alleged misappropriation of funds and a purported loss of Rs 10.87 lakh to the state exchequer in flood protection works at Chumbla, Reasi, carried out between 2010-11 and 2014-15.
