Srinagar, Oct 24, Oct. 24 -- The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kashmir Zone, Shri Sujit Kumar, today chaired a meeting in hybrid mode to review crime disposal, security preparedness and various policing measures across Kashmir Zone. The meeting was attended by all three Range DIGs and District SSPs of Kashmir Zone.During the meeting, IGP Kashmir reviewed the progress of crime disposal and stressed the need for timely investigation and disposal of cases within the stipulated 60/90-day timelines under the relevant provisions of the new criminal laws (NCLs).
