Srinagar, Oct 17, Oct. 18 -- Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Sujit Kumar Singh on Saturday directed all police stations across Kashmir to adopt SMART Policing and Digital Beat Policing as an integral part of their daily functioning, emphasising technology-driven service delivery, greater accountability and direct engagement with the public.
