Hindu Contributions to Islam
Srinagar, June 13 -- Hindu scholars have made valuable contributions to the study of Islam and Islamic history. Professor Akhtarul Wasey writes that one of the most significant achievements of Hindu intellectuals has been their research on Muslim personalities and the history of Islam. Their services in this field are numerous and deserve recognition. Many Hindu writers expressed deep respect and admiration for Imam Husain (RA), one of the most honoured figures of early Islamic history.
