Srinagar, July 17, July 18 -- Jammu and Kashmir is likely to witness a prolonged spell of heavy to very heavy rainfall between July 20 and 25 under the combined influence of a strong Western Disturbance (WD) and active monsoon winds, raising the risk of flash floods, landslides and cloudbursts across several parts of the Union Territory.
