Srinagar, Oct. 2 -- Very recently a resolution seeking denotification of Phaak and rural Block of Harwan from the Srinagar metropolitan Master Plan was moved in the legislative Assembly proposing removing of these rural area from LCMA jurisdiction and regulating them through Panchayat Raj and the rural development frameworks.
