Srinagar, Aug 19, Aug. 20 -- In a move to resolve career stagnation, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has constituted a high-level committee to examine the career progression and promotion avenues of employees appointed under the Prime Minister's Package for Kashmiri Migrants and the J&K Relief Organization (DMRRR).
