Doda, August 19, Aug. 19 -- Non-gazetted employees of Government Medical College (GMC) Doda have renewed their protest over the delay in framing and formally notifying service rules, nearly seven years after the institution was established. The employees said they are seeking the finalisation and official notification of service rules governing non-gazetted staff working in the newly established Government Medical Colleges. "There is just one issue with the department: why is there such discrimination against the non-gazetted employees of the new GMCs?" a protesting employee said.
