Anantnag, August 15, Aug. 15 -- Government Medical College Anantnag has restricted the entry and movement of medical representatives in OPDs, wards and casualty areas of the institution and its associated hospitals during duty hours. The decision follows reports that medical representatives were moving freely through these areas and, in some cases, examining patients' prescriptions. The college administration said such practices could disrupt patient care, hospital discipline and the smooth functioning of clinical services.
