Srinagar, April 2, April 3 -- Unregulated garbage dumping in the Natipora-Nowgam area of Srinagar has led to a growing stray dog menace, leaving residents-especially children and the elderly-living in fear. Locals say several dumping spots in and around residential lanes have turned into feeding grounds for stray dogs. As a result, packs of dogs gather in large numbers, particularly during evening hours, making it difficult for people to step out of their homes."After sunset, it becomes risky to even walk a short distance.
