Srinagar, October 1, Oct. 1 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Crime Branch Kashmir, has filed a chargesheet against a Pulwama resident in a case involving an allegedly forged government communication carrying a fabricated signature of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir. The chargesheet has been filed in FIR No. 29/2026 under Sections 204, 319(2), 336(2) and 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) before the Court of Sub-Judge, Srinagar, against Saqlain Mushtaq Dar, son of Mushtaq Ahmad Dar, a resident of Deeri, Pulwama.
