Poonch, June 16, June 17 -- A flood-like situation emerged in the Phagla area of Surankote in Poonch district on Tuesday after torrential rainfall triggered a sharp rise in water levels in local rivers and streams, sending floodwaters into residential localities and disrupting normal life.
