Srinagar, Sep 9, Sept. 10 -- An ex-terrorist allegedly operating as a hybrid terrorist for the banned Hizbul Mujahideen outfit was arrested during a joint operation in Handwara sub district of north Kashmir, Police said on Wednesday.
