Srinagar, Sept. 3 -- Water is fast becoming India's most precious resource. The message-"Save every drop, secure India's future"-is no longer simply a slogan for conservation; it is a call to protect the country's economy, food security, public health and future generations. India faces a growing water paradox. Some regions are devastated by floods while others struggle with drought. Rapid urbanisation, groundwater depletion, industrialisation, pollution and climate change are intensifying this imbalance. The challenge, therefore, is not merely to find more water but to manage every available drop wisely.
