GanderbaL, May 2, May 3 -- Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) Ganderbal conducted a series of zone-wise sports activities under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Abhiyan. The programme commenced with a pledge ceremony, where participants vowed to stay away from drugs and contribute towards building a drug-free society. During the session, awareness was also raised about the harmful effects of substance abuse, including its impact on physical health, mental well-being, academic performance, and social life. Students were encouraged to make informed choices, support their peers, and act as ambassadors of a drug-free community.In Zone Kangan, Kabaddi for U-14 girls and a Cyclothon were organised.
