Jammu, Feb 27, Feb. 28 -- Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary has directed strict enforcement of e-Challans at crusher units, mandatory GPS tracking of all mining vehicles, and implementation of the "One Parchi, One Load" rule to curb illegal mining across Jammu and Kashmir. Chairing a high-level meeting of the Mining Department, Choudhary stressed strengthening enforcement mechanisms in all districts and reiterated the government's zero-tolerance policy against illegal mining. He instructed that no vehicle should transport mining material without a valid e-Challan, and only one load is allowed per Parchi.
