Srinagar, May 2, May 3 -- The Jammu and Kashmir administration is working on a three-year monitoring programme for rehabilitation of drug abuse victims, while mulling stringent measures, including the cancellation of driving licenses and recommending revocation of passports of the peddlers, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said on Saturday.The LG also said that he believes that the drug trafficking in J&K has a direct link with terrorism."Some drug traffickers might be building narco palaces, becoming economically prosperous.
