Kulgam, April 25, April 26 -- Continuing its enforcement drive under the 100-day Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, the Drug Control Authority Kulgam conducted extensive raids and inspections across the district to curb misuse of scheduled drugs. The inspections were carried out in Kulgam town, Pahloo, Devsar, and several far-flung areas including D.K. Marg, Qazigund, Frisal, Kadder, Behibagh, and Tengjan.During the drive, 11 licences were suspended, while several establishments were issued show-cause notices and some were sealed for violations under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.The operation was conducted in coordination with police stations including Behibagh, Kulgam, Qaimoh, Qazigund, and Devsar to ensure strict monitoring and prevent illeg...
