Anantnag, May 2, May 3 -- In a continued crackdown on drug trafficking and illegally acquired assets, police in Anantnag demolished a commercial complex comprising 15 shops at Waghama, Bijbehara, officials said on Saturday. The structure, valued at around Rs.1 crore, was found to have been illegally constructed on state land and belonged to a drug peddler identified as Sajad Ahmad Rather, son of Mohammad Abdullah Rather of Waghama Bijbehara.
