Ganderbal, May 20, May 21 -- Dr. Sakina Akhtar, Hindi Adhikari, Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir) has been conferred with "Lal Ded National Award 2021" by Sarhad in recognition to her contribution towards Hindi language and literature, Rajbhasha implementation and cultural studies. Shri Manoj Sinha Ji, Hon'ble Lt Governor, Jammu & Kashmir, gave the award to Dr. Sakeena at SKICC, in the event graced by Shri Vijay Dhar, noted educationist and Chairman, DPS Srinagar, as Guest of Honour, Smt.
