Srinagar, Oct 28, Oct. 29 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, today reviewed the preparations for the celebrations of Union Territory Foundation Day (UT Diwas) and Rashtriya Ekta Diwas during a meeting held at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC), Srinagar.
