Srinagar, Aug. 12 -- Srinagar, Aug 11 ; Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, today visited Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar, to inspect the ongoing preparations for the Independence Day celebrations at the venue.
