Srinagar, Aug 15, Aug. 16 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg today hoisted the National Flag at the office premises at Amar Niwas Complex, Srinagar, as part of a ceremonial function to mark Independence Day. On the occasion, the Divisional Commissioner received the salute from a contingent of the CRPF.Addressing the gathering, Div Com Kashmir underscored the significance of Independence Day, saying that the occasion reminds us of the immense sacrifices made by the freedom fighters for the nation.
