Jammu, April 10, April 11 -- The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has launched a Centralised Aadhaar Data Vault (ADV) to strengthen digital governance, improve public service delivery, and enhance monitoring of social security schemes across departments and financial institutions. The decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, who highlighted the initiative's potential to transform governance systems.
