Srinagar, April 17 -- Assam Rifles facilitated a heartwarming interaction between specially-abled students of Shalom Special School, Serchhip, and Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, at Headquarters Directorate General Assam Rifles (DGAR), Shillong. As part of an educational tour, 18 students accompanied by five teachers visited the headquarters, where they were warmly received by Assam Rifles personnel.
