Ukhrul, June 11, June 12 -- Director General of Assam Rifles, Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, visited Somsai Garrison in Ukhrul, Manipur on Wednesday to review the operational preparedness of troops deployed in the area.
