Srinagar June 16, June 17 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo, on Monday visited the Bhagwan Gopinath Ashram at Kharyar Habbakadal to participate in the annual Mahayagna, a significant spiritual event that attracts devotees from different parts of the Valley. The Deputy Commissioner joined hundreds of devotees who had gathered at the Ashram to offer prayers and seek blessings on the auspicious occasion.
