Srinagar, July 20, July 21 -- Amid incessant rainfall and an adverse weather forecast, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Akshay Labroo, who is also Chairman of the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), on Monday chaired a high-level meeting to review the district's preparedness and response measures.
