Srinagar, Aug 24, Aug. 25 -- Ahead of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) and the Friday prayers following it, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Akshay Labroo on Monday conducted an on-site review of arrangements at the Hazratbal Shrine to ensure a safe and hassle-free experience for devotees. The DC reviewed preparations for drinking water, uninterrupted power supply, sanitation, traffic management, parking, transport, healthcare, fire safety and security, with a large congregation expected at the shrine.During a department-wise review meeting, Labroo directed all concerned agencies to complete arrangements well in advance and maintain close coordination throughout the observance.
