Srinagar, June 3, June 4 -- Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Akshay Labroo on Wednesday chaired a comprehensive review meeting at the DC Office Complex to assess the progress of healthcare infrastructure projects and traffic decongestion measures being implemented at SKIMS Soura and associated hospitals under Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar.
