Srinagar, Aug 11, Aug. 12 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo today visited Khankah-e-Naqshband Sahib (RA) at Khwaja Bazar, Nowhatta to review and finalize arrangements for the upcoming Urs.
