Srinagar Mar 16, March 17 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo on Monday inspected the progress of ongoing health infrastructure upgradation works at JLNM Hospital Rainawari and reviewed development works at Urban Primary Health Centre S.R.
