Jammu, Nov 2, Nov. 3 -- Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather on Monday said the revival of the Darbar Move is considered a decision aimed at respecting the aspirations of people across the Union Territory. "There is nothing new about the Darbar Move. It was discontinued for some time but resumed last year.
