Srinagar, Nov. 1 -- Darbar Move Convoy Crosses Ramban Amid Tight Security Arrangements Jammu, Nov 1: The annual Darbar Move convoy carrying government employees, official records and other Secretariat material crossed Ramban district along the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) on Sunday morning amid heightened security and traffic management arrangements. The convoy is travelling from Srinagar to Jammu as part of the seasonal relocation of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Secretariat and other government offices to the winter capital for the upcoming winter season.
