Ganderbal, Sep 15, Sept. 16 -- The Department of Information Technology, Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir), observed Engineers' Day at its Tulmulla Campus on Tuesday, commemorating the birth anniversary of eminent Indian engineer Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya.
