Srinagar, April 15 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today chaired a high-level meeting to review the implementation of the UT-wide '100 Days Nasha Mukt J&K' campaign, which was kickstarted by the Lieutenant Governor on April 11 from MA Stadium, Jammu.
