Srinagar, July 9, July 10 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Thursday directed departments to accelerate the implementation of the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana and the Solarization of Government Buildings Programme, stressing timely completion of targets to maximise the benefits of the Centre's flagship renewable energy initiative.
