Srinagar, July 23 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today in a meeting of Housing & Urban Development Department (H&UDD) reviewed the adoption of Chandigarh's Property Management System (PMS) developed by their National Informatics Centre (NIC) for digitising the management of housing colonies under the Housing & Urban Development Department (H&UDD), here. The initiative aims at providing transparent, efficient and citizen-centric online services to the allottees of government housing colonies across the Union Territory.
