Srinagar, June 3, June 4 -- A swift and timely response by CRPF personnel saved the life of a 35-year-old civilian who was found unconscious near Zakura in Srinagar on Wednesday. The civilian, identified as Altaf, a resident of Srinagar, was discovered in an unconscious state by a routine patrol team of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). The team was led by SI/GD Rajesh Kumar of 28 Battalion.Without losing time, the personnel immediately shifted into emergency response mode. Recognising the critical condition of the individual, the team administered Sorbitrate and performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on the spot.
