Crime Branch Chargesheets Kupwara Man in Fake Government Job Fraud Case
Srinagar, Aug 22, Aug. 22 -- The Economic Offences Wing Kashmir of Crime Branch J&K has filed a chargesheet against a Kupwara man accused of cheating a person of lakhs of rupees on the pretext of arranging a government job and allegedly using a forged appointment order purportedly issued by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J&K Bank. The chargesheet has been presented before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kupwara, in FIR No. 18/2026 registered under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 201 RPC.
