Srinagar, October 5, Oct. 5 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered fresh departmental proceedings against Er. Tasaduq Reyaz, who was serving as a Junior Engineer at the BDO Office Hardaboora, in connection with a corruption case registered by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Baramulla. The case relates to FIR No. 08/2022 registered at Police Station ACB Baramulla under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The engineer had been arrested by the ACB and was subsequently placed under suspension by the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
