Jammu, May 13, May 14 -- Commissioner Secretary Cooperative Department, Yasha Mudgal, today chaired a meeting at the Civil Secretariat to review and finalize the Capex Budget proposals for the financial year 2026-27 pertaining to the Cooperative Department.
