Jammu, Nov 2, Nov. 2 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday visited the Civil Secretariat in Jammu following the reopening of offices in the winter capital to assess administrative preparedness and review facilities available to employees and the public. During the visit, the Chief Minister inspected ministerial chambers, officers' rooms and clerical sections. He also interacted with officials, employees and members of the public to take stock of the arrangements at the Secretariat.
