Srinagar, April 29, April 30 -- Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) has executed proclamation proceedings against two absconding accused in a terror-linked case registered under FIR No. 04/1995 at Police Station CIK, officials said on Tuesday. In a statement issued to Kashmir Convener by the CIK-Kashmir, an official spokesperson said the action was carried out under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) following orders from the Court of the Principal Sessions Judge Kupwara, who also functions as Special Judge under the NIA Act.The accused have been identified as Mutwali Poswal, a resident of Kanihehak, Batpora, Kupwara, and Gh Rasool Shah alias Rafie Rasool, a resident of Chandigam, Sogam Lolab in Kupwara district.According ...
