Shopian, Sep 13, Sept. 13 -- A team of the Criminal Investigation Department (CIK) on Sunday conducted a search operation at a residential house in Nadigam village of Shopian district as part of an ongoing investigation, officials said. Officials said the CIK team, headed by a Deputy Superintendent of Police, carried out the search at the residence of Irfan Ahmad Ganie, son of late Ghulam Hassan Ganie, a resident of Nadigam. The search operation was underway at the time of filing this report. The nature of the case linked to the search was not immediately clear.
