Srinagar, Nov 6, Nov. 6 -- The Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) on Friday carried out searches at several locations in Kashmir in connection with a case registered under FIR No. 07/2023 at Police Station CIK. Officials said that a residential house in Srinagar was searched during the operation. The person concerned is reportedly a graduate. The case has been registered under Sections 153-A and 505 of the IPC and Sections 13, 18, 18-A and 39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). Officials also stated that the person's mother was deported to Pakistan on April 29, 2025, and is currently residing there.
